monashees led the series A round in Viva Real in 2012, and took part in the series B round in 2014. The merger between VivaReal and Zap Imoveis in 2017 created Grupo Zap, which was acquired by OLX in 2020.

The group makes business easier in the Brazilian real estate market for all links in the value chain - buyers, builders, developers and owners. It operates on three fronts: media, with advertising websites; support systems for marketing and sales management; and market intelligence products.
