Marianne Lucilio joined monashees in 2022. She currently leads both Talent Acquisition and Community functions.

⁠In Talent Acquisition, she advises and supports portfolio companies to attract and recruit top-tier talent. Meanwhile in Community, she nurtures and engages monashees’s founder community.Prior to monashees, she worked at QuintoAndar and IBM leading Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and early career programs for LATAM.

Marianne is from São Paulo, Brazil. ⁠She has an MBA in Strategic Human Capital Management and specializations in Corporate Social Responsibility by FGV São Paulo and People Analytics by Cambridge University.
