⁠Fabriciana brings over a decade of experience as an Office Manager, Personal and Executive Assistant. Before joining Monashees, she contributed to firms such as XP Investments in New York, McKinsey, and Patria Investimentos in Brazil, where she provided support to C-level executives and ensured smooth operations and efficient management of daily tasks.

⁠⁠Originally from Bahia, she holds a degree in Tourism from Unisa-SP, an Advanced Certificate in American Business from Baruch College-NY, and has pursued studies in Project Management at Harrisburg University.
