Aline Esteves joined Monashees in 2022 and currently serves as the Vice-President of People. She is an experienced human resources leader, specializing in Leadership Development, Company Building, and Talent Acquisition. She manages HR matters, supporting the portfolio companies as a fractional CHRO, as well as the Monashees team.

⁠Before joining Monashees, Aline was the Human Resources Director at QuintoAndar. She oversaw operations in Latin America, managed M&As, and experienced the company's hyper-growth period until it reached 4 thousands employees.

⁠Before shifting into the world of technology and startups, she worked 7 years as an HR executive at Johnson & Johnson and spent almost 7 years in executive search at Michael Page.

⁠Aline is from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. She holds a degree in electronic and telecommunications engineering from PUC - MG and a postgraduate degree in business and administration from FGV-SP.
